Residential
Peter has experience of dealing with a vast range of residential property matters, including dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, applications for adverse possession, acquisition of new build properties, purchases involving the Help to Buy Scheme, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions and auction properties.
Commercial
Peter has in-depth experience of dealing with leases of commercial premises (for landlord and tenant), negotiating and advising on Option Agreements, Planning Agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses (excluding share transfers).
Peter also has a particular interest in applications for Adverse Possession to assist clients in making sure the whole title to their property is registered satisfactorily.
