Commercial property:

  • Meeting with the world's leading Italian fashion brand in Mayfair, advising on their assignment of their New Bond Street Store.
  • Being the sole solicitor for one of the country's leading public schools' central London property estate, the money from which provides the bursaries for students, ensuring social mobility.
  • Representing a consortium of banks in one of London's largest refinancing transactions for a notable building in the Square Mile.
  • Acquiring a building near Hyde Park for a foreign embassy.  
  • Winning new business and onboarding one of the country's leading car hire companies.

Residential property:

  • Assisting a grieving mother in disposing of her late son's property, ensuring the smoothest transaction feasible in view of the difficult emotional circumstances.
  • Helping an adult client with physical and mental disabilities buy her first property, having lost both of her parents, which meant she needed to sell the family home.

In her spare time, Jenny actively campaigns for change in the Special Educational Needs space, from both an education and social perspective.
