Annabel has over 20 years’ experience within the field of Commercial Property Law having spent 15 years working within the public sector. 

Annabel is a transactional solicitor who negotiates heads of terms, contracts (conditional, unconditional sold with/without planning permission and subject to overage) and ancillary documentation, for freehold plus leasehold disposals. Annabel advises on matters arising from the negotiation and acquisition of land for the purposes of facilitating a regeneration/development scheme.

Annabel can offer advice on a variety of landlord and tenant matters in relation to retail shops, offices, light industrial units and warehouses. Annabel also has acquired extensive experience within the field of telecommunications law.
