Alister joined Setfords in 2014 having completed his Law Degree at the University of Surrey and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford where he focused on Commercial Dispute Resolution and Employment Law.
Alister is based in the Guildford head office and completed his training with Setfords focusing on Litigation, Employment and transactional Property work. As a result of this experience Alister specialises in the following areas:
- Contractual Disputes
- Employment Law
- Property Litigation
In particular due to his experience in transactional property work and litigation Alister has a specific interest in Property Litigation arising from sales and purchases.
Alister regularly acts for both individuals and corporate clients in the above practice areas.
In addition to his own cases Alister also assists the head of the Litigation and Employment Department in complex and high value cases.
Alister lives in Guildford and in his spare time enjoys playing golf and football.
