Sally Wood Consultant Family Solicitor

Sally qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has specialised in all aspects of family law throughout her career. Prior to joining Setfords in 2024, Sally worked at a number of firms in Berkshire which included management roles as a partner and director and, in her last firm, as Head of the Family Law department.

Sally has specialised in all issues arising from family breakdown, whether in relation to married or unmarried couples, including resolving financial issues, and disputes over children. Sally is a member of “Resolution,” an organisation whose members believe in a constructive non-confrontational approach to family law issues. She is one of a relatively small number of Resolution Specialists in complex financial and property matters and private law children disputes between parents or relatives. Sally has also trained as a mediator and is currently the Chair of a mediation service in Berkshire.

Primarily, Sally prides herself on her excellent record of client care. She is approachable and friendly and her advice is pragmatic and sensible.
