Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2003, into the Travel and Aviation department of a London firm. On her return to her home county, Rebecca worked at a niche leasehold property firm initially dealing with service charge disputes before moving to non-contentious property matters. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, and related matters.
