I have 20 years of practical experience, and I am very good at working to tight deadlines, reporting promptly to my clients, managing expectations and limiting enquiries to those which are sensible and necessary only. My main mission for my consultancy business is to bring a little bit of joy back to the property world. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions that most people make, and it should be a time of excitement. All too often, transactions are subject to delays and stress, and this can take some of the sparkle away – it is my goal to focus on making the service so positive that the happiness can remain throughout the entire process.

My emphasis is to progress matters as efficiently as possible and to provide clarity and regular updates to clients (and work referrers) throughout the conveyancing transaction – the aim being to make that process as stress-free as possible for them. Predominantly my instructions come from friends or families of clients who happily recommend my services. They often cite the reason for this as my strong communication skills, friendly manner and determination to achieve the best outcome. I love to solve problems and handle the trickier aspects of the process.
