Tom is an experienced solicitor, specialising in civil litigation and employment law. He brings over 30 years of experience to his clients, having worked in the legal industry since 1989, qualifying as a legal executive in 1995 and a solicitor in 1998.

Areas of expertise

• Civil litigation, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, partnership disputes, contractual disputes and more.
• Employment law, including Employment Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, breach of contract claims and discrimination claims.
• Advising parents of children with SEND, including EHCP reviews, appeals to SEND Tribunal and advice on procedures under the Children & Family Act 2014.
