Lowry Jenkins Consultant Solicitor

Lowry is a real estate solicitor, with extensive experience in both residential and commercial property, in particular development.

Acting for a variety of clients, she has worked on a wide range of matters, including land acquisitions, new build acquisitions (golden brick and turnkey), housing-led regeneration projects, contractual and corporate joint ventures, options, overage, financing (including public funding), infrastructure, site set ups and onward plot sales, landlord and tenant matters, and corporate real estate.

Lowry was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2003 and called to the Bermuda Bar as an Attorney and Barrister in 2009.  Lowry returned to practise in the UK in 2017.
