I qualified as a solicitor in July 2007 and therefore have been practising for 16 years, and I specialise in Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation. I have experience in dealing with contractual disputes, professional negligence, partnership and director disputes. My property litigation experience includes commercial property disputes including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews and break notices and residential property disputes including possession claims, rent arrears and other breaches of covenant. I also have experience in neighbour and boundary disputes together with Party Wall Act matters.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family and ferrying them round to their various classes and activities ranging from football to gymnastics to swimming to horse riding! When I'm not acting as their taxi driver I enjoy cooking, watching films but most of all - just relaxing!
