Tessa is a solicitor with over 25 years experience in residential property law having worked for both a large regional firm as partner and then for the last 8 years for a smaller but very busy local firm. Tessa understands that buying or selling a property is one of the most important decisions people make and prides herself on steering the client through this sometimes challenging time by providing a bespoke service. Tessa also has built up many local contacts over the years and is happy to spend time required communicating with all parties in the chain to achieve the desired result.
Tessa is happy to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing from acting for first time buyers up to more niche large country properties and can deal with unregistered properties, leasehold, shared ownership, re mortgages, transfers of equity and help to buy.
Tessa is happy to visit clients at home , understanding that it is often difficult to get to an office within set hours.
When not working Tessa loves walking her dogs in the countryside and has a passion for the French Alps and Cornwall.
