Martin has a wealth of experience advising clients on all residential and commercial property issues, including all Landlord and Tenant matters.  He advises both landlords and tenants in respect of acquisitions and leasing of retail shops, pubs, restaurants and hotels and also advises developers on all aspects of the development process (including strategic land) both residential and commercial, from initial option or promotion agreements and overages to advising on the corporate structure to the acquisition of the property or the single purpose vehicle owning the property, negotiation of the financing (including Loan Market Association funding) to the end sale of the units.

Martin also advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial work from the formation of LLP’s and companies, advising on joint-venture, shareholder and partnership agreements to the sale and purchase of non listed companies and partnerships (both traditional and LLP’s).
