Senay is a Senior Consultant Solicitor with extensive experience working with some of the largest National House Builders.
Having previously been a Partner, I have gained great knowledge and experience in heading up my department and managing a large caseload and team effectively and smoothly. I predominantly act for purchasers of new build properties being on the panel for preferred solicitors for a number of large Developers.
I also have experience in dealing on behalf of purchasers in respect of Government Schemes including Help to Buy transactions and in dealing with HTB ISA and LISA drawdowns. I also cover residential areas including purchase and sale transactions both freehold and leasehold property and remortgage work.
I pride myself I working efficiently to provide the best possible service to all clients and all parties involved to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction.
