Sarah has over 20 years' experience in residential conveyancing and was a Partner at a Bristol firm of solicitors before joining Setfords Solicitors as a Consultant in 2020.

Sarah deals with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equities and shared ownership properties as well as other residential property-related issues that may arise from time to time. Sarah prides herself on her ability to communicate with all clients on the technical and legal issues that arise in residential conveyancing transactions in a straightforward and practical manner whilst acting professionally and expeditiously at all times.
