Faye is a consultant solicitor who predominantly specialises in residential property.
She has over 15 years of experience with outstanding knowledge of a wide range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, equity release, lease extension, new build properties, retirement properties and many more.
Faye has experience in dealing with multiple purchases within the same development which requires careful planning, timing and communication with the developer's solicitors and the individual clients to ensure this worked for all parties.
Faye has worked in Lancashire throughout her career and has built up a network of loyal clients as she consistently shows her commitment to them giving both a personal and professional service. Faye prides herself in trying to make the whole stressful process of moving home as smooth as possible by fully engaging with clients to determine what their requirements are, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Outside of work, Faye is a proud mother to two boys who keep her on her toes. She often likes to push herself out of her comfort zone, whether it is for a daily run, being involved in charity events or experimenting in the kitchen.
