Robert Oakes Consultant Solicitor

I am a solicitor with over 40 years of post-qualification experience. I specialise in both contentious and non-contentious construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. I have worked in the City of London and internationally for contractors, developers, project and building owners, consultants, insurers and central and local government. I have recently concluded a 5 year plus appointment working on major power generation projects in South Africa.

When not working, I enjoy following a wide variety of team and individual sports.
