Tom Donnelly Litigation Executive

Tom joined Setfords in 2018, working in management and compliance roles before joining the litigation team. He is currently undertaking his qualifying employment with CILEX.

Prior to Setfords, Tom gained a scholarship to Aberystwyth University, where he studied Politics and Military History. 

Tom has a broad client base and undertakes many types of commercial litigation, with a particular interest in insolvency and corporate matters. 

He also takes a keen interest in the increasing prevalence of Artificial Intelligence and is a recent graduate of Oxford University's Lawtech Programme (OLTEP) in 2024.
