Christelle is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales (2021) with Higher Rights of Audience (2020). She specialises in commercial litigation, financial services and insolvency disputes and debt recovery.

Christelle began her legal career in France after completing a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law. Subsequently, she moved to Luxembourg, where she worked as a corporate lawyer specialising in Funds and Capital Markets from 2010 to 2014. Relocating to the UK in 2015, she transitioned to litigation and gained extensive experience handling high-value, complex fraud cases as an associate at an international law firm from 2021 to 2025.

Additionally, Christelle is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and has basic proficiency in Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys art, drawing, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. She has been recognised with Pro Bono Awards in 2024 and 2025 and featured on the Law Society’s Pro Bono Award list for both years.

Notable Work and Career Highlights

  • Harrington & Charles Trading Company v Jatin Rajnokant Mehta – Assisted in a multi-layered, international cross-border fraud case valued at approximately $1 billion, including obtaining an ex-parte worldwide freezing order and successfully applying to serve documents outside the jurisdiction via Facebook.
  • Arena Television Limited (In Liquidation) v Bank of Scotland – Worked on a Quincecare duty case involving alleged breaches exceeding £265 million.
  • Successfully represented clients in civil advocacy, as well as urgent applications for non-molestation orders.
