Anthony is the Legal Customer Services and Complaints Manager at Setfords. Anthony is part of our Compliance Department and also assists our Head of Personal Injury.
Anthony is a qualified solicitor and, before his role at Setfords, he trained at a London firm and acquired over a decade of experience in litigation, mainly assisting clients with medical negligence, professional negligence, personal injury and employment matters.
Anthony uses his experience in his role for assessing and undertaking thorough investigations into complaints. He understands the importance of looking at the full picture and aims to ensure that correct outcomes are achieved.
Through Anthony’s work, he seeks to identify ways in which to both maintain and improve our high levels of legal service.
