Enayat Ahmed Consultant Solicitor

I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and have developed my practice over many years to include both residential and commercial landlord and tenant law, as well as general property work. I have worked at a large corporate firm and smaller niche practices. I act for a variety of clients, including SMEs, start-ups, and international conglomerates, and have advised on a wide range of property disputes. 

I have a great deal of experience in dealing with:  

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes  
• Contractual interpretation  
• Neighbour disputes (e.g. boundary disputes, adverse possession)  
• Determining beneficial interests in property (known as Trusts of Land or TOLATA claims)  
• Eviction of a tenant or removal of an occupier from a property  
• Disputes with a builder/contractor over issues with works to a property  
• Lease disputes, including service charges disputes  
• My vast knowledge and experience play a vital role in my success for all my client dealings.  

In my spare time, my two young children keep me very busy and active.
