She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including dealing with Leasehold and Freehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, deeds of variation and both voluntary and statutory Lease Extensions.

Samantha deals with all transactions personally and is approachable and friendly. She is always happy to help and aims to make the conveyancing process as stress free as possible for all of her clients.
