Josh is an experienced, proactive, and diligent property lawyer who deals with a broad range of residential property related matters.

Having previously been a Partner and Head of Department at a regional Legal 500 firm, Josh has a depth of understanding across the various facets of residential property law.

Josh specialises in high-value residential property, and rural, equestrian and agricultural matters. He acts for both individuals and businesses based both in the UK and overseas, and is able to cater for any residential property related matter.

Over the past decade, Josh has also undertaken leasehold enfranchisement work for both landlords and tenants, including statutory and non-statutory lease extensions. This is often carried out in combination with the sale and purchase of residential property, including the assignment of statutory notices.

Josh is widely connected in the residential property sector and works collaboratively with all parties to reach positive conclusions for all. He draws on his experience and pragmatism to instil confidence in his clients, focusing on their aims and objectives and not losing sight of them.
