- Out of Court settlement reached in a complex financial case involving assets and pensions (both in the UK & overseas) worth over several million where there were serious issues of non-disclosure by the other party
- Obtaining a financial Award for her client that exceeded the amount they would have received if the Pre-Nuptial Agreement had been upheld, through the process of Arbitration
- Reaching agreement for a client through a series of four-way meetings with the other party and their solicitor in a case involving an agricultural business amongst other assets
