Throughout her practice, Lyndsay has specialised purely in Family Law.  In particular, Lyndsay has expertise in all matters relating to children, domestic violence, cohabitation disputes, divorce, Civil Partnerships and all aspects of family finances with cases ranging from very low assets to net assets in excess of £5 million as well as cases with an international aspect.

Lyndsay makes every effort to resolve matters by consent in the first instance but will use the Court process if this does not prove possible, always being extremely mindful of the impact that the breakdown of a relationship can have on the individuals involved and, in particular, children.
