Louise is a vastly experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor. Over the past 22 years, she has successfully represented clients at every stage of the Criminal Justice Process from the Police Station through to the Crown Court. She specialises in Fraud and Serious Crime but loves to take on any case that requires a tenacious approach to achieve the best result for her client.
Louise has a growing practise representing Interested Parties at high profile Inquests. She was instructed by the family of Pte Gray who died at Deepcut Barracks in 2001 and is currently instructed by the father of an officer cadet who died at Sandhurst in 2019.
Louise is known for her excellent client care and relentless pursuit of the best possible outcome for clients. She has successfully ensured huge numbers of cases are discontinued in the criminal courts and is a skilled negotiator when it comes to pre-charge issues at the Police station stage.
In addition to legal practice, Louise teaches Criminal Law at the University of Law and is Co-Founder and Director of The Big Simple, a Community Interest Company teaching Mental Health workshops to vulnerable /At-Risk young adults. She is also a Restorative Justice facilitator and volunteers with CALM mediation.
