Lauren is a Solicitor with over 9 years experience specialising in the field of Commercial Property law. She can advise on all aspects of commercial Landlord & Tenant Law and boasts a respectable client following of both Landlords, Tenants and Lenders. She also provides general commercial property advice to include acquisition, disposal and management of both freehold & leasehold land. To complement acquisitions, she frequently acts on behalf of commercial lenders to facilitate their security requirements.
Lauren joined Setfords in November 2017 after spending the last 10 years working in the Blackwater Valley area, latterly for a Legal 500 firm. Lauren lives in Fleet, Hampshire but acts for clients across the UK.
Lauren’s two young boys and Large Munsterlander take up much of her free time, but she enjoys attending her dance classes when time allows and teaching dance at the weekend.
