Stefanie qualified at an international city law firm in 2016, where she worked on a range of commercial matters and disputes. She moved in-house in 2023, where she led a small legal team, delivering practical and commercial advice to all levels across the business.
During her years in private practice, Stefanie advised companies and individuals across different sectors on a broad range of corporate matters, notably the resolution of commercial disagreements and contractual disputes through litigation (High Court of Justice and International Courts), international arbitration (LCIA, IDRC), and mediation.
Stefanie also gained her Higher Rights of Audience (Civil), qualifying as a solicitor-advocate in 2019. While working in-house, Stefanie delivered practical, proactive and commercial advice to all levels across the business, assessing risk and recognising the importance of advice against business objectives and strategy. She also advised on key projects, relationships and collaborations.
Stefanie is driven by a desire to help businesses succeed and overcome obstacles, and she provides practical legal advice to enable businesses to minimise legal risks and focus on their day job. Stefanie’s approach is to understand the client’s goals and business and provide strategic and commercial advice.
Stefanie’s experience is broad, and she advises on:
- Business Law – including contract drafting and negotiation (e.g. collaboration agreements, NDAs, terms of use (e.g. websites), licences, services agreements), contract and policy reviews (risk analysis), non-compete arrangements, standard business terms, contractual agreements with suppliers and customers, intellectual property matters and brand management, data protection, termination and exit strategies etc.
- Dispute Resolution – contractual disputes (including disputes arising from allegations of breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, misrepresentation), defamation, data breaches/crisis management, debt recovery, shareholder and partner disputes, compliance and regulatory matters.

- Projects - Stefanie particularly enjoys advising on the legal aspects of her clients’ projects and has a special interest in Environment, Social and Governance issues, and sustainability.
In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her young family. When time allows, she is a keen sailor and watersports enthusiast as well as a runner, cyclist, tennis player and skier! Stefanie is currently learning to wing-foil and is passionate about travelling and exploring different cultures.
