She is relatable and genuinely cares about achieving positive outcomes for her clients. Roxanne firmly believes that every client matters, regardless of the size or complexity of their circumstances. Whether assisting with modest assets or advising on complex, high-value matters, she provides the same level of commitment, attention and care, ensuring clients never feel like just another file.

Career highlights

Roxanne has particular expertise in financial remedy matters, divorce and child arrangements cases, helping families through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. She finds it hugely rewarding when successful settlements enable clients to secure homes for themselves and their children and move forward with their lives, or to retain or ringfence assets that the client particularly did not want to share, such as pensions, investments and shareholdings.

Some of the most fulfilling moments of her career have involved helping parents and children through incredibly difficult circumstances. She has successfully helped return children who were wrongfully removed from their jurisdiction and represented parents who had been separated from their children for over two years following serious allegations, ultimately helping families to reunite. She has also supported clients moving away from domestic violence and helped put appropriate protections in place.
