Michele specialises in dispute resolution and corporate & commercial matters. He holds a law degree from the Università degli Studi Roma Tre and an LLM from the University of Kent, alongside the GDL and LPC. His legal career began in 2012 as a paralegal at Clifford Chance in Rome.

  • Securing a £20,000 reimbursement for a client after the defective engine of a used Porsche failed within 100 miles, while allowing him to keep the car.
  • Setting up a group of companies for a surgeon starting a medical research business, including a charity, two trading companies, and a holding company, supported by bespoke constitutional documents.
  • Advising a UK social-dating start-up on seed funding negotiations and preparing the agreements it needed to launch.
  • Defending a solicitor in the Magistrates’ Court who was unfairly fined under Covid rules, securing a positive outcome.
  • Mediated between an employer and a consultant, finding a practical solution that avoided costly litigation and kept the project on track.
