    We provide expert legal advice on all aspects of development, from site assembly and land procurement, through the development process, to the final sale of a finished property, providing clear concise advice on the complex contractual relationships which are often involved.

    Investment acquisitions, disposals, options & overage: our expert team advises on all types of property investment transactions including the acquisition and sale of both freehold & leasehold commercial property, commercial & residential developments, lease agreements, forward sales and pre-lettings. We are used to the creation of complex legal structures, to secure tax, grant or other advantages.

    We also have the expertise and resource to deal with larger portfolio investment products.

    Increasingly (and particularly in this climate), we are finding that clients are best able to deliver product and services through joint venture arrangements with other parties.
