Laura Grounds Consultant Conveyancing Solicitor
Laura has been doing case handling work for 12 years and cross-qualified as both a solicitor and legal executive in 2015. She has six years of experience with residential conveyancing matters and prior to this several years of litigation experience. Laura has previously worked as a partner and head of conveyancing in a high street firm and has also worked in a large national firm.
Laura has particular expertise when dealing with first-time buyers and is able to explain the process and make a complicated process far less intimidating. She is able to deal with Help to Buy and shared ownership properties. She also has experience acting for developers and dealing with new-build properties.
Laura deals with residential sales and purchases, transfers, remortgages and lease extensions.
Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two greyhounds. She also enjoys playing computer games, cross-stitch and loud music, and she is a volunteer leader for her local Girlguiding group.
