Steve qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and since then has specialised in private client matters. Prior to joining Setfords, Steve practised at two major regional firms in the south-east. He has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2008 and his main areas of expertise are:
- Drafting Wills and advising on succession issues
- Administering estates and helping people through the probate process
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on issues of capacity
- Preparing Advance Decisions (sometimes referred to as Living Wills)
- Inheritance Tax planning
- The creation of Trusts
Steve’s aim is to make your matter as straightforward and stress free as possible, and he is happy to meet or talk with you at any stage to answer your questions with clear explanations. He is able to visit clients at their home, place of work or other preferred location, and outside normal office hours if required.
