I am an experienced property lawyer with over 20 years in the field.
I have worked predominantly at one firm in Hucknall on the outskirts of Nottingham for the majority of my career before joining Setfords in 2020.
Having lived and worked in the local area my entire working life, my local knowledge is second to none, and I have fantastic relationships with all of the local estate agents.
I am proficient in all aspects of residential conveyancing. I can also deal with all aspects of newbuild (including those under the Help to Buy Scheme), leasehold, shared ownership properties, the closing of Help to Buy ISAs and the claiming of the bonuses.
I strive to bring the best outcome for my clients and provide a swift and efficient service with a personal touch. I want my clients to fully understand the process and to be available to discuss this with them every step of the way. Excellent communication with my clients is the key to a successful transaction.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and young daughter. I also enjoy running, walking and anything social with my friends and family. I am also a Rotarian and am a member of the Rotary Club of Nottingham.
