Peter has been a Chartered Legal Executive for more than 40 years and has specialised in property work since 1999. Now a Licensed Conveyancer as well, Peter has worked for all types of law firms, big and small, across the South West, from single office firms to an international law firm.

Peter enjoys supporting his clients in navigating the often confusing world of home buying and selling as painlessly as possible but his clients also include property developers, landlords, management companies and local authorities.

Peter is experienced in and delighted to deal with all residential transactions but has a particular interest in:

• Leasehold property
• Lease extensions
• Retirement apartments
• Equity Release
• Unregistered land

Peter also undertakes some commercial property transactions, especially if they have a residential aspect.

Peter loves talking with and meeting his clients and working as a consultant means that he can give his clients the time and attention they deserve without the pressures of time recording or targets.

Recent transactions conducted by Peter include a number of sales and purchase in excess of 1 million pounds, leasehold purchases in central London and the suburbs, and a couple of farm transactions.

When not working, Peter is a keen motorcyclist, suffers being taken for walk by his dog Gwen, and watches Tottenham Hotspur Football club on the television; usually from behind the sofa!
