Negeen is an experienced insolvency, litigation and debt recovery specialist with over a decade of experience advising on complex, high-value and contentious matters.

Negeen qualified at a UK Top 20 firm into their Restructuring and Corporate Recovery team, where she worked on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Notable cases she worked on include the Madoff fraud and the administration and liquidation of Glasgow Rangers Football Club.

Negeen also has experience at a small business finance company where she built and led the litigation team, managing a team and overseeing recoveries across approximately £250 million of defaulted loans. She developed and implemented litigation and enforcement policies, acted as the UK subject matter expert on litigation, insolvency and enforcement matters, and advised on government-backed loan schemes.

She also led and managed debt portfolio sales for retail and institutional investors, coordinated cross-functional teams, supported investor due diligence and acted as the key liaison for internal and external audits. In addition, she was responsible for the management and recovery of a delinquent and defaulted property loan book totalling approximately £450 million in property development loans.
