Jayne is a highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience in residential property. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2001 and has developed a deep, practical understanding of conveyancing and property law, including the management of complex and high value transactions, non-standard titles, and unregistered land.

Professional Background and Approach

In 2005, Jayne founded her own conveyancing law firm, successfully leading the business through significant periods of market change, including the 2008 financial crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic. She sold the firm in 2021 and remained with the practice for a period of 3 years supporting its continued operation.

Alongside running the practice and maintaining her own caseload, Jayne held a number of senior regulated positions, including Head of Legal Practice (HOLP), Head of Finance and Administration (HOFA), and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). These roles strengthened her commercial awareness, regulatory expertise and leadership capability.

Jayne now focuses on a small number of bespoke conveyancing matters, typically referred by existing clients and professional advisers, including accountants, wealth advisers, and agents acting for high net worth individuals. She works with clients who value a high end, personal service delivered by an experienced property lawyer, offering clear, practical advice and careful management of transactions from start to finish.

She is particularly recognised for her calm, professional approach, her thorough attention to detail, and her sound professional judgment.
