Rosa is a Solicitor with over 15 years' experience handling residential conveyancing transactions. She qualified as a Solicitor in August 2015 and has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of residential property law.

Rosa understands that property transactions can often feel overwhelming. She prides herself on being approachable, responsive, and clear in her communication, taking the time to explain each stage of the process while maintaining the highest professional standards. She works closely with clients, estate agents, and financial advisers to ensure matters progress as efficiently as possible. With a friendly, client-focused approach, Rosa is committed to making the process of buying and selling property as smooth and stress-free as she can.

Prior to joining Setfords, Rosa was appointed as an Associate then Head of the Residential Conveyancing Team at her previous firm, reflecting both her technical ability and leadership.

In addition to her legal practice, Rosa speaks Italian and is actively involved in charitable and professional initiatives. She has volunteered her time, participated in the London Legal Walk and various half marathons, and supported the Citizens Advice Bureau. She is also subscribed to the Solicitors Regulation Consultation Panel.

In her spare time, Rosa enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, travelling, attending the theatre,  and skiing.
