Mark is a Consultant Solicitor with over 25 years’ post-qualification experience, delivering pragmatic and high-quality conveyancing services. He has developed a broad and in-depth legal background, enabling him to provide a focused and incisive understanding of what matters most to his clients throughout each transaction.

He qualified in the South East, where he managed a full residential sales and purchases caseload autonomously. He later worked as an Associate Solicitor in Central London between 1996 and 1998, before becoming a senior conveyancing solicitor and subsequently a Partner at an established multi-branch firm in Cornwall between 1998 and 2008. Since 2009, Mark has been based at a firm in Putney, South West London, where he has built a strong reputation for his attention to detail and client-focused approach.

Recent career highlights include acting on the sale of two high-value commercial office premises in London and advising a developer client throughout the lifecycle of a significant leasehold development, from initial instruction through to the final sale.
