With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property law, Hershali advises a broad spectrum of clients, including first-time buyers, elderly clients, high-net-worth individuals, investors, companies, pension funds, trusts, and institutional clients. She has held senior leadership roles in multi-disciplinary law firms, including serving as Head of Property.

Over the course of her career, she has developed comprehensive expertise across all stages of property transactions, from initial instruction through post-completion matters, covering acquisitions, disposals, lease structures, and high-value advisory work.

Hershali advises on a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate and later-life transactions, buy-to-let and investment properties, auctions, transfers of equity, and residential refinancing. She also has experience advising on complex title issues, lease extensions, licences, landlord consents, and post-completion registration.

Commercial Property

Hershali acts on freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, new leases, assignments, and sub-leases. Her work also includes commercial refinancing and secured lending, commercial and mixed-use developments, landlord and tenant matters, pension fund, trust and probate transactions, commercial auctions, and complex title structures.

Alongside her legal practice, Hershali is a certified coach holding a Level 2 Professional Coach Diploma (ICF Level 2, EQF Practitioner). This qualification enhances her ability to communicate effectively, manage high-pressure situations, and support clients through complex decision-making processes with clarity and empathy.
