Lynne has been a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives for over 25 years, specialising in residential property. She is committed to delivering a personal service, always taking her clients’ individual needs and requirements into account.

Prior to Setfords, Lynne worked at a senior level for a variety of firms based in the North East and nationwide, including Head of Department and salaried partner roles.

Lynne brings a wealth of experience to her work and adopts a flexible, client-focused approach. She treats every case and every client as unique, tailoring her service to meet their specific circumstances. Known for being friendly, approachable and straightforward, she avoids legal jargon and provides clear explanations at every stage of the transaction. Originally from the North East of England, Lynne embodies a hardworking and dedicated ethos. She is open, honest, and upfront with clients and all parties involved, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

She particularly values the strong working relationships she has built over the years with local estate agents and clients, many of whom return to her for repeat business and recommendations. Lynne takes pride in every matter she completes, recognising that each client and transaction is individual.

Outside of her professional life, Lynne is actively involved in fundraising for dog rescue charities. She helps run a Facebook group dedicated to supporting and raising funds for dog rescue organisations and also volunteers to carry out home checks for the charities her group supports. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in her caravan, appreciating the outdoors, birdlife, and nature, as well as time with her beloved Border Collies.
