Joline was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and specialises in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Civil Litigation. She has a particular interest in residential landlord and tenant work, having acted for many landlords in Dorset and countrywide.
Joline is originally from Jersey, she gained her joint honours degree in Law and Criminology from Keele University and completed her postgraduate studies at the School of Law, Chester.
She relocated to Dorset in 2003, settling on the beautiful Isle of Portland, where she lives with her partner and their two children. She joined Setfords in 2018. She hopes to be able to provide a service to clients in Dorset and countrywide that offers a modern flexible approach that fits with clients' busy lives. This includes appointments at locations and times that suit clients, as well as offering telephone or skype appointments where appropriate.
Joline strongly believes that legal advice should be clear and free from complicated language and legal jargon and that seeing a solicitor should be as stress free an experience as possible.
When not working, Joline enjoys spending time with her children, swimming and cooking experimental dishes with varying degrees of success.
