Sian Owen Consultant Solicitor

Siân has over 22 years of experience in employment law, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000 in a City firm. Having worked with large and small corporate clients for two of the leading City firms, Siân moved into the Government Legal Department where she acted for various government departments and other public bodies both in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters, including drafting (e.g. contracts, handbooks, policies, pleadings), advising (e.g. on the merits of a dispute and tactics), and litigation (pleadings, applications, hearings, and settlement). 

As a result of the breadth and depth of her experience, Siân has knowledge of every angle of employment law and litigation. Siân can think commercially and strategically, often seeing a solution that would be missed by those, without the breadth of experience. 

In her spare time, Siân likes to run, hill-walk and spend time with friends and family.
