Louise has 17 years experience and specialises in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property Transactions.
Louise is an experienced Property Solicitor who completed her training in 2007 at a firm of solicitors based in Staffordshire. Louise then moved further north to be closer to family and was previously head of Commercial Property and Partner at a regionally based firm, before joining Dawson Radford as a Director and Property Solicitor. Louise is now a Consultant Solicitor specialising in Commercial and Residential Property.

I act for residential and commercial developers in the acquisition of development sites and thereafter the site set up and related plot sales, including advising on the need for management companies where required, obtaining Land Registry Approval to the draft transfers, leases and plans as well as CML requirements.
