He specialises in unusual property transactions and also uses his property knowledge to assist clients in other areas, such as property related litigation.
Recent highlights involve dealing with an acquisition of former farmland involving freehold, leasehold and unregistered titles, a corporate acquisition of an over 100 year old company that owned unregistered land, and the successful recovery of a client's deposit and legal costs in circumstances where the seller had made a number of misrepresentations.
Robert started in the property field doing work experience in the property department at a law firm aged 16, before qualifying at a west end firm and spending his career based in London dealing with HNW residential, commercial and development. Robert has extensive experience in all aspects of property law. He has also previously worked in-house in a Mortgage Broker and other property businesses, and uses this broad knowledge to benefit his clients.
Outside of work, Robert is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys cycling.
