Notable cases:

  • Successfully acquired three residential development sites concurrently for a small property developer, including the full site set-up through to delivery of plot sales work on completion of the development, securing additional fee-paying revenue for residential plot sales departments.
  • Completed the acquisition of a contractually complex development and refurbishment project, which included multi-party back-to-back sale and purchase agreements, conditionality on planning, surrender of agricultural tenancy, and ongoing multi-party overage obligations negotiated into contract.
