Amy qualified at a City of London practice in 2017 and, following a move to Brighton, went on to become a Partner in a Sussex law firm. She has experience in a wide range of practice areas including:
- Civil and commercial disputes
- Property Litigation including Landlord and Tenant
- Employment litigation and settlement agreements
- Family
- ToLATA and Contentious Probate
- Insolvency
Amy has had particular success in representing clients in discrimination claims and continues to build her practice in this area, having successfully won a racial discrimination case against the Ministry of Defence which attracted widespread media attention.
Amy is a tenacious but practical litigator. She prides herself on providing a personal and efficient service and has been regularly praised for being a supportive and effective advocate. Her clients have described her as attentive, ruthlessly driven, transparent, and responsive to change under escalating pressure. Given Amy’s broad experience, she is competent at advising on complex matters spanning different areas of law.
In her free time, Amy enjoys attending fitness classes as well as going to music festivals and travelling.
