Hardip qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and is experienced in advising on all aspects of employment law.
She trained in a national trade union firm where she represented union clients and members prior to moving to a top tier national firm where she advised and represented Plcs, SMEs and Business clients in various sectors including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Food, Education, IT and Recruitment.
Hardip has also worked in house and has first-hand experience of the day to day workforce issues faced by Businesses. She worked within the HR function of a major retail and commercial bank where she advised senior management on the full remit of employee issues. She has also worked within the Government Legal Department where she defended employment tribunal and civil claims against central government departments and advised on the employment aspects of large scale commercial transactions, TUPE transfers and reorganisations.
Hardip is a skilled litigator and has acted for Claimant and Respondent clients in settlement negotiations and employment tribunal proceedings including claims for unfair dismissal, complex discrimination, equal pay, family friendly rights, whistleblowing, wages, redundancies and TUPE.
She has niche expertise in managing the employment aspects of commercial transactions on behalf of employers in large scale procurements, TUPE transfers, consultations and redundancies.
Hardip is also an experienced trainer and very much enjoys delivering legal training tailored to meet client requirements.
