In my spare time, I dedicate my energy to raising awareness about the inadequate funding for brain cancers, following the loss of a close family member to the disease.  I have collaborated with Brain Tumour Research and made appearances on a number of media platforms, including ITV National News, BBC News, BBC Three Counties Radio, and Inspire FM. I have also been invited to the Houses of Parliament to offer my insight on the need for increased funding in brain cancer trials. I have been filmed for the Channel 4 documentary "Tom Parker, Inside My Head," shedding light on the journey of the late pop star from 'The Wanted' following his brain cancer diagnosis. More recently, I contribute to managing the brain cancer awareness and bereavement Instagram page @fight4amani, which currently has over twenty thousand followers.
