On the residential side, she deals with purchases, sales, new build developments, lease extensions, and auction purchases and sales.

In addition, Wafaa acts on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including international clients such as developers, landlords, tenants, investors and lenders.

Wafaa deals with transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property across various sections, including offices, restaurants, retail and mixed-use schemes, including development land and all aspects of lease negotiations and refinance work.
