Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience having dealt with commercial litigation and both commercial and residential conveyancing and wills and probate.
Melanie has practised in Birmingham and Solihull and was a partner and Head of Conveyancing at a firm in the Cotswolds.
Melanie now specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Buy to let sales and purchases
- Retirement property sales and purchases
- Unregistered properties
- Transfer of Equity
- Equity release matters
- Re-mortgages
- First registrations
Melanie has also undertaken the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations gaining a diploma in Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, Pensions and Retirement Planning, Financial Planning Practice, Financial Protection and gained a Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys reading, theatre and walking having a particular love for the Cotswolds area.
